Everyone can drink...I do not know if they are allowed to...
Hindu's are not prohibited from drinking alcohol...unless they are from the Brahmin Sect (religious) who may be teetotallers...

They can drink cow pee so im guessing they are allowed to drink alcohol.

i don't know about alcohol, But i know they can't drink milk cause it comes from a cow which they worship.
