If you mean 8 oz of cooked pasta is a serving, that would be about 1/4 pound raw. So that's 4 servings per pound of dry pasta. Those are generous servings. Most people don't eat that much (although I do), especially if you're serving other things or having meat or veggies with the pasta. But to answer your Q, you'd need 37.5 pounds of dry pasta. Sounds like a lot!

A general rule of thumb for pasta is that your cooked yield will be double your raw weight.
i.e. If you need 150 8oz. servings of cooked pasta, you would use about 35 lbs of raw pasta.
