you know its use by German police in very bad situation , they torture me , and i want to take it out as soon as possible , please help me by your info or other ways . thank you

Most engineers would not know what to do with this.
My recommendation is to go to the emergency room or doctor and explain your situation. Once you find a doctor you can trust, it could take some time but they should be able to get the THINK READER out.

Well as its a german device, you won't find it.
If its a THINK READER 2.0 or higher you will be able to get rid of it, if you stop thinking. It then gets bored and disappears. If its an older version it won't recognize and so you unluckily will have to live forever with it.
