I am 13 year old girl and I weigh about 120 pounds, I'm 5'2. I know its a lot, and I always feel very insecure. In about 11 days I'm going on a trip with my church, where we take a big bus to the Mountains and ski, sled, snowboard, etc.... Well this is my 3rd year going on this trip, and I feel terrible. 5 of my friends are coming with me, and they are REALY skinny compared to me. this year I FINALLY got new boarding outfits. Its all cute... but its not so cute with my hips with them.
I am one of the more experinced snow boarders, but i dont look like one the healiest ones. All my friends say I'm skinny, my BMI says im in the middle, but I can't really tell.
MY goal is 10 pounds... I know, it's impossible, but it's going to be hard on a mountain filled with 95 pound pretty girls, help?
I just need to lose a little weight for the time being, but I only have 11 days. Should I starve myself, eat all vegetables, run? I don't know, but I am REALLY lost, can some bosy help? Please?
