I suggest that you increase the amount of protein that you eat. I especially suggest that you eat "brain" food, such foods as fish and nuts. Whenever I eat these foods my energy increases and I do not have a hard time remembering anything. Since seafood is cost a great deal of money I suggest that you eat it once a week. I make it a point to cook shrimp on Fridays.

You should do puzzles... not just ANY puzzle games.. "Brain age" (Like DES mentioned) is a series of LOGIC puzzles that stimulate particular thinking patterns.. and the type of puzzles changes so that you use different parts of your brain.

believe it or not, water works wonders. if your body is not replenished enough, it can cause a huge difference in how your brain thinks, reacts and remembers.
the amount of water you should drink is dependent on weight, or what amount you notice when your feeling a bit better.
eat a well balanced diet too and make sure your using the restroom at least once a day (bowel movements).
