It all depends on how you feel. The not lifting too much is the big one to follow. But if your comfortably mobile then steps shouldnt be an issue because it really doesnt require abdominal muscles, it requires more glutes and hamstrings. Just take it easy and see how you feel. I wouldnt sprint up and down steps but you should be fine just using them as part of your daily activities.

I would start walking around first more and see how you feel. Try a couple of steps and see how that goes. Work your way up to going all the way up and down. If you start hurting real bad then stop and talk to your doctor.

So, being pregnant is measured with the aid of the 1st day of your final era. consequently, we've those 2 weeks the place we're not relatively pregnant however the implantation/fertilization is happening in those 2 weeks, so technically it relatively is risk-free in being pregnant. So, while you're gestationally at 6 weeks, the fetal progression is unquestionably at 4 weeks.

Wow, 2 weeks! I was going up and down the stairs in 4 days.
Like my doctor told me, if it doesn't hurt, then do it.

The more active you are, even if it hurts a bit, the quicker you will heal.

Why are you not asking the doctor who did the procedure ?
So , some unknown person tells you yes & you end up in the ER . . . who are you going to blame ?
Ask your doctor . . . this IS NOT a smart place to ask that kind of question . . .
