Relax, a cup of herbal tea should help. Get a night blend, usually called sleepy time or something like that. If you can't find that, try a chamomile or mint.
also listen to music. Soft music is your best bet, though just about anything but harder rock, Heavy metal and Rap should work. I usually listen to fold music, but Stuff like the Beatles is good too.
You can also read a book. that helps a lot of people, but not all.

Ha good question, but I have never not once every fallen asleep by counting sheep, that method sucks.

There is a natural drug called melatonin. Sometimes our bodies do not make enough of our own to make us tired. They sell it at any store and it is relatively cheap like 5 dollars.

Sure. Drink some Cal-Mag. It is a natural sedative and it will put you to sleep pretty fast, it's all natural and you will wake up ready to face your day.
