Regarding the answer above about being a document mule - be aware that "travelling" is the operative word. That is all you will be doing most of the time. I have a friend who used to work for the Australian goverment delivering documents all over the Pacific rim. Travelling he did a lot of but there is not a lot sightseeing. There are tight schedule of planes to catch. Sometimes it is in the airport and out within 12 hours. You virtually live at the airport sometimes.
Working in the tourism industry might get you what you want. Doing reviews of hotels and tours and write up articles is something worth looking at. But again - keep in mind that it is still WORK and you need to produce results. Nothing is free in this world. You might get paid to travel but you still have to work for it

Here are a few ideas:
1) become an employee of the airline. Counter agents, flight attendants, programmers, etc. These jobs are hard to come by, though
2) become an air marshall. Lots of hard work but the added benefit that you fly in first class
3) become a document mule, and the first responder mentioned
4) become a travel writer. Travel writers often fly for free (but in coach, for sure)
5) travel agents, which I also saw mentioned, fly very cheaply

Find out if you can be a document mule. Some companies hire people to get special documents from one part of the world to another -airfare, accommodation and food paid for.
