Well im basically doing 3 sets of different pushups with 10 reps with a min or less of rest 3x in one workout the 3 styles are military, elevated, and clap in that order (for endurance) every other day including hindu squats, tricep dips, abs, and pullups. I was wondering should i do that many pushups twice a day to make 180 or do it three times a day, till fatique with each time i do them? I also am lifting weights in the between days. And im 15 for some reason i want my workout to be perfect for me or something in that way any advice would be great!

That isn't bad. But when do you rest?

If it makes you feel any better, dude, your workout kicks my workout's a$$. 180 a day? Hmm, if our military were that tough, Al Qaeda'd be on its back in no time.

Just don't forget to mix up things. If you get to the point where you're never sore, your muscles have adapted. Try stuff like jumping lunges (pretty self-explanatory, but they'll wake ya up) and climbing on the pull-up bar (lift yourself most of the way up, then move one hand, then repeat... soon enough, your muscles will scream with joy).

Ever do a handstand pushup? Crabwalk often? Ever do bear crawls? For distance? With someone on your back? We humans do such amazing things with our minds that we forget the amazing things our bodies can do.
