say "yeah" a lot and point out the good things. like say you're playing scrabble and your friend is not as good as you. be like, that's a good word, oh, you got a k. stuff like that. help them look on the bright side.

I think it's easier to increase others' self-esteem than my own. if you say it to youreself it doesn't work as well. there's nothing like havign someone else be supportive.

Focus on the good traits like being handy, helpful, understanding, good smile ... etc. Everybody has at least one and just expand it further further.

Dude i got picked on for years and i always embaressed myself infront of the class n stuff when i didnt expect it. The only thing that works for me, is DON'T CARE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OF YOU WHEN YOU GET EMBARESSED OR HUMULLIATED... So if he is bad at everything, who cares? That doesnt mean you should be depressed about it.

you have to show them that you well ack like a idiot but you don't care casue you care if they laugh or not
