What!? Haven't you heard of a spay. If you are so irresponsible as to not prevent the problem how do you expect to solve the issue.
GET HER SPAYED!

Maybe if you are not responsible enough to keep her from getting pregnant, or to just get her fixed, then maybe it is best that you don't have her. Do you know what kitties do to the eco system? You should not let your cat out of the house even.

Well, to answer your question, The way we realized our female kitty, Daisy, was pregnant was her nipples became very pink and a little larger then usual.
Plus she was also becoming more and more affectionate.
Her nipples will begin to get more noticeable and pink the farther along she gets. You will notice the nipples before her belly gets bigger.
They say when her nipples become pink, they are about 3 weeks along.
Hope this helps.

well, one thing that really changes physically when your cat is pregnant if its stomach is unusually large.. i'm sure you know that.. =)
you should desex her... it doesn't really cost much, as i read in my local newspaper.. [they were talking about how animals should be desexed/spayed/neutered..

should have had her spayed, then you wouldn't have this problem, now you have to keep an eye on her tummy to see if it gets bigger and bigger
