i was sick first, i gave it to my boyfriend, its just a sore throat/cold nothing serious but i feel it coming on again. will we keep passing this to each other?

No you can't! Once your body eliminates the symptoms, you become immune to it. So if your body doesn't completely eliminate the symptoms, its possible it will effect you, but you can never ever have the same cold twice.

You can't get the same exact cold twice because you get better and your body has an immunity to it but there's a lot of different types of colds. You might be getting sick with a different form of the cold but you cannot get the same cold twice.

With the change of weather , guess it is possible,
gargle with some vinegar and salt water (warm)
drink warm fluids and buy listerine melts.

No, a cold is a virus, once you get it you are immune to it, but does not mean you can not get another one back to back...

you cannot get the same virus twice, however you can catch a different strain of the same virus.
