ok ive got killer pimple I Cant POP IT so what can i do to get rid of it fast please maybe overnight thing

u can try icing it down before you go to sleep,
then put toothepaste on it,
paste not gel.

Try using a very hot soapy compress on it, it should make it rupture on its own. Then put an anitbiotic on it to help it heal quicker.

use toothpaste to dry it out. then try to pop it, or you can buy acne face wash
