I met this girl who lives in Mexico. I sent her an e-mail and she replied within one day. So I sent a reply to her. It has now been 5 almost 6 days and she still hasnt written back. I just wanted to know if the Mexican culture was more relaxed with contact or if it has anything to do with it at all. Thanks for the replies.

A girl's dilly-dallying is not a reflection of how a society acts and reacts in a given situation. It could be your email. Is it clear? Does it imply immediate reply? Does it allow the receiver-recipient to reply instantly or she needs to 'brood' first before she can send one. It is also possible that she hasn't opened her emails yet. Find another way to contact her.

There's not really a way to tell. My friends in Mexico don't have access to e-mail in their home so they use the computer infrequently at Internet cafes. I don't hear from them very often as a result by e-mail.
