His "eric" - never heard a penis called that before!
Well, the reason that you can only have an orgasm when you're laying with your stomach on top of him with his penis only slightly inside of you is because his penis is rubbing against your clitoris - and that apparently is the only way that his penis can rub against your clitoris during sex.
Here's a suggestion - have him do oral sex on you before intercourse, this way he can bring you to orgasm before he penetrates you. You can also have him rub you near your clitoris with his hand.
You should practice with yourself to see how you can bring yourself to orgasm - and then teach your man to do that for you.
You might also want to try rubbing your clitoral area with your hand or having him rub your clitoral area with his hand while he's penetrating you.
