Yeah. I knew it after Keith beat Rashadd that he'd be the one to K.O. Forrest. He just got better and better. I still have as much respect for Forrest that I did before, he just wanted it, and turned in to a whiny bi t ch when he didn't get what he wanted, but people do that sometimes.

Lost tespect because he cried.... No he trained and put his heart into being a great fighter and acheiving his dreams of being a pro fighter. And in a matter of minutes he felt like it was all taken away from him. If he had of won he got a title shot against Chuck and win or loose that fight he would be in the big time them.
What about Tito he was on the verge of tears too when he was giving his speach after the fight.
I don't like the fact that Forrest ran out of the ring like that but I think he was just embarased about breaking down like he did and letting all his fans down. So he doesn't cope with major loss well.
I guarentee if any one of the people on here who think he's a puss y for crying would probably cry them selfs if they felt like everything they worked for was taken away.
Is GSP a puss y for crying when he won the belt...
So is it that Forrest lost or that he cried? Who gives a **** he has more heart than most people in the UFC. Any fan of his that turns their back on him after this isn't really a fan and is just following the latest fad like they were 14 yearold kids....

YES....MMA will be dead if fighters act like Forrest Griffin. Totally classless acting like a 6 year old child. I cant believe this loser had a cult following.
If you hate crying in mma watch pride. Much better organization imo.
