Walk up to about a foot and a half away from him, with your arms held up, like you are inviting him to hug you. When he puts out his arms, go in for the hug. After 1-2 seconds, pull a little away, look him in the face, and go in for the kiss. (Be sure to tilt your head a bit so you don't bump noses.)
