I am making a kata for my karate class and I need a song that is fast , with minimal words, and something that seems like it oculd be in an action mkovie. Help please!!!!! TX!

People people.. dont slam her bcz she wants to use music for the kata. FYI its called creative martial arts. And wat does creative mean??? And wat does art mean??? So what she is doing is not wrong at all. Stop slamming her!! i just wanna defend her on the name of creative martial arts. for the music, my not that sure.. but i would advise u to check for some aerobics music.

Kata is done to the music in your mind. Anything else is just for show and gives karate a bad name.

Unless you are the grandmaster of your style, you shouldn't be making kata.
Setting music to kata cheapens the martial arts. Avoid it.

are you joking?you must be,surely.music,kata?if i went to a ma class and they had music i would walk straight out.i dont think you really do karate,must be tkd.if it is karate(or any ma) find a new instructer he obviously doesn't know what kata is intended for.

Check out the original Matrix soundtrack. There's a couple of absolutely lyricless songs that are fast-moving and would likely be perfect.
