I believe that the term is "SMEGMA". The word "smegmatic" is an adjectiveand means cheesy, like a cheesy texture, odor, etc. It is definitely not a compliment when applied. I am going to take the high road here and say that I hope you have not asked this question in order to offend or shock. Web sites like this one provide valuable information to many people in easily understood ways. If, in fact, you have this condition, your hygiene is awful and must be taken care of at once. A parent should have instructed you on proper hygiene . You did not say your age, but if you aren't too old, and I mean past your teens or in your late teens, you might consider having a physician take a look and see if the skin is excessive and would warrant a circumcision. This is a serious issue, and it should not be put off. You should know that men who are uncircumcised and married have wives who have a higher rate of cervical cancer, and that's no laughing matter. And men have a higher susceptibility of catching venereal diseases (STD's).
