No sorry. Only Nikon F Mount lenses will work on a Nikon Camera. From memory the fittings look similar but the lenses will not fit each other.
The Sony DSLR has taken over from Minolta, so the lens may fit the Sony Alpha. I couldn't promise you that though.
If you are tempted to go Sony, make sure you compare cameras at a site like dpreview so that you can make a balanced decision on whether your existing lens is an important factor in your decision, or whether you are perhaps better off starting again and going for Nikon or Canon.

Yes......ONCE, and then the lens will not come. I dont recommend it. Kalimar is one of the cheapest optics made in case you did not know.
