I've tried to have rational discussions and some times got a lot of tosh from so-called Christians. Some were very aggressive with Their "message of goodwill" so perhaps they did get banned for the lack of intellectualising and excessive damnation. What a burden.

The ones that get banned should be banned, they are just trying to be rude and cause bad feelings. This is about sensible dialogue, a little heated at times, but there is no need to be totally vulgar.

I noticed that after I asked a religous question, many other questions were asked along the same lines. Questions that solidified ones faith, so perhaps now the lack of questions means there is less doubt. Always a good thing, yes?

Even so, questions generally get posted here faster than any other category. Try going to any of them. Sometimes they go for several minutes or hours without a new question.

I have noticed a reduced level of post on R&S over the last year. Why the reduced post on R&S would be 'speculation' on my part.

I doubt it.
It is probably simply that not enough is posted.
I would guess that more wish to answer questions here than can find questions to ask.
