You could try a paraffin wax bath. You can get one of the tubs for about $50. It's great. I got one for Christmas.

I have one of the perfect answers: I was watching tyra and she talked about this. If u have ashly dry hard elbows then u use either vasaline or whatever kind of moisturizer you have and apply it to ur feel && elbows. do not rub it in too mcuh juss enough so it wont get everywhere. Then for your elbows cut a sock so u can stick ur arm through it && keep the socks on there overnight and for ur feet do the same but give yourself a pedicure with hot water, apply warm lotion and keep socks on.

Use a moisturizing cream or lotion daily after bathing. Some good ones I have used are Alpha Hydrox (available at Drugstore.com) and Lubriderm with Shea Butter (available at any drug store).
At night, slather your feet with Vaseline and sleep with socks on. This is hard to do with your elbows.
Get regular pedicures.

Exfoliate the area with a pumice stone (you can use a general all over body exfoliant if its not that severe). Moisturize with lotions that contain glycolic acid (Alpha Hydrox has excellent products) or anything that contains alpha hydroxy acids. AHA speeds the cell turnover process of the skin, revealing softer (newer) skin faster.

for your feet try exfoliating them in the shower and then putting vaseline one them before you go to bed, after putting on the vaseline put on an old pair of socks. For your elbows just try to get in the habit of putting on a heavy moisturizing cream before bed and before getting dressed every day.
