No grease equals crap. It does absolutely nothing for the hair at all. It coats the strands and actually makes the hair drier contrary to what many people believe. It can also clog the pores and slow down growth. I know because I was chronic hair grease user for years and my hair was in really bad condition partially because of it. Try some better water based moisturizers or if you really want to use grease only use a little bit and don't put if on your scalp just your hair.
