Its not too serious, but you may have a potassium deficiency. Eat more Bananas! And, I'm NOT kidding! SLEEP has nothing to do with it.

Talk with your doc if it continues!

My eyes have been doing that on and off for years. I know exactly what you mean. It can happen for a few seconds every few minutes and sometimes it twitches more. Eye twitching is basically the most normal form of twitching.

You can stop viewing t.v , and playing games , get more sleep or rest. Either or those can help. I play lots of games and watch lots of tv so I get this every 2-6 months. It normal lasts 1-7 days.

alot of video games have a warning on them that tells you not to play for so long... they are called twitches and they can be caused from playing to many video games. I can tell when my boyfriend of 2 years has been playing video games alot because he twitches try to say away from them... its ok to play every now and then but more then a few hours is bad..

Irritating as all get out, but not a serious thing. If it continues for more than a couple days, see an eye doctor.

I don't think its serious because my eye twitches every now. I think it might be because of the t.v but then but maybe you should see a doctor or someone.

it's just a twitch, it's happened to me before it will usually go away after a couple of days but the bigger of a deal you make about it the longer it takes to go away, as hard as it may be just try to forget about it

you need to get more sleep. that's the only reason my eye has ever twitched, and after resting enough, it felt fine. sleep and excercise outdoors.
