CHILL!!! Its perfectly normal to go out some one young than yourself, even if they're a few years younger. My mother and my father have a difference of 8 years apart. An plus look at Hollywood! There are tons of celebrities who are years apart and are going out(although sometimes it can get outrageous)!
But if relations between you and him do begin, it would be in your best benefit to end it before you turn 18. Then it will become illegal.
How does a 13year-old kid such as myself know this? When my brother was in high school one of his friends went out with some one a few years younger. The relationship between his friend the younger person continued for a year or two. When they finally started getting "interment" my bro's friend was 18 and the other still years younger. They got caught and the friend got arrested for being "interment" with a minor. Even if your relationship starts with him/her while both of y'all are minors, if it carries on to when one is an adult(be the age 18 or 35{eww}) and the other is still a minor the law will not care how long the relationship has lasted and will still be ILLEGAL!!!

it is not too wierd to go out with a guy 3-4 years younger but a problem may arise when you turn 18 depending on the situation. It is important for you to do what you want to do, you will never make everyone happy, what matters is if you are happy. Follow your heart and whats meant to be will be but dont worry about what everyone else thinks or wants think about only what you want

I think that it is ok for you to date someone of that age, but the only problem is that when you turn 18 and you guys are still dating, you would be major jail bait. it isn't wrong, but just be careful. Make sure it doesn't turn into anything sexual or you could go to jail. Be safe and good luck...

Aww! I have a little crush on this 14 yr. old boy in my school. I went out on a date with him last valentine's day; his mom and my mom are new friends and last summer he would come over and swim with me. He's so sexy, he doesn't look 14 at all. I am also 17 and all my friends love to make fun of me because of my fetish with him. Haters keep hatin' =-P Go out with him; who cares what people think!

Go out with him and forget it. Will you think much of it when your 63 and he's just a baby at age 60?

if you two like eachother, don't worry about age, just go out with him and if you didn't like the way things went with him, say you wanna be just friends with him. I once liked a guy who was a year and a half younger than me, and i didn't care, cuz he was sweet, cute and funny, and we're just good friends now

I would not do that. You are one year from being certified as an adult which means if something happens, you could become a sex offender.

chill! try asking him out, make sure he doen't have a girlfriend first. if he says no because he likes someone else, then drop it, if he says yes and he likes you, then dont worry about what people will say. heck, my friends parents are 9 yrs apart!

That would be picking the lion in his a** with a toothpick---or playing with fire---just leave him alone---that's jail bait.
