I did not know that you could cook hamburgers in the oven. I think that would be messy. Just grill them. You can microwave Morning Star.

I'd go 425F, covered, for 15-20 minutes, then uncover and cook 2-5 minutes more. Crispier outside that way, as if fried.

Make sure it's not pink in the middle and keep checking it the whole time!

350 is generally a good all purpose baking temperature, however I would try broiling them. It is a higher temperature, but I feel they turn out better.

350 if you want to bake them like a meatloaf. You could also broil them and get more of crusty exterior.
