How To Say "I Love You":
In Spanish - "Te Amo"
In French - "Je Vous Aime"

P.S. in french It does Not mean "Je T' Aime" that means "good luck" in english..
and "Je T' Adore" means "I Adore You"..

For French: the first girl was right.

It IS "Je t'aime". (Bonne chance = good luck)
"Je vous aime" also means "I love you", but you say that to a stranger, or you say that if you're from the upper-class or the bourgeoisie (although even people from those social classes don't really say that anymore).
"Je t'adore" does mean "I adore you"

En francais.... Je t'adore. Je t'aime.
I am not sure about the spanish, so I will leave that to the other people.
