I'd recommend a take home kit from the dentist. It'll run you about $200, and they will give you all the bleaching materials and custom made trays.

Try crest strips first.... decent product and if they don't work that well, hey, 30 bucks isn't that big an investment. if all you have a few years of coffee stains you'll be ok.
barring that, you can expect to pay $125-175 per ARCH (like upper vs. lower) to bleach. I only bleached my upper cuz no one sees my lowers. Even tho' I own my practice, I still don't feel like bleaching the lowers so think about what you show when you smile/talk.
This is for a take home tray. I think these are more cost effective than the in-office laser whitening (ZOOM brand) which is way more money and not really better results; just faster. The only reason to do this, i think is if you're like, "Oh, i have a wedding next week!...."
Lastly, bleaching is strictly cosmetic, so no insurance will ever cover it. They barely care about your actually dental function and health (they're out to make money$$$!) they sure as heck don't care how white your teeth are.
good luck!

a expert dental whitening will certainly help to whiten teeth.(around $3 hundred-4 hundred) yet while money is an argument, try Crest Whitening Strips for a extra no longer expensive option.(between $25-$40 in keeping with the place you purchase them) they have worked properly for me. additionally continually use a whitening toothpaste top when you drink coffee, tea, soda or purple wine.

Crest white stripes work great-less $ than the dentist and results are just as good! Look for the highest amount of peroxide. 10% and up.

About 30 bucks for white strips. They take a week or so, but they really work.
