Mine likes paper of any sort, little jingle ball things, and this koala bear clip-on thing that I brought back from Australia for him. He also has a few mousies that he drags around with him.

Toys from the store like furry mice or balls with bells in them. He also likes the plastic things they put in pizza boxes to keep the box top from squishing the top, the ring from the milk gallon, tin foil balls, and any hair ties he can get his little paws on. Hair ties he will steal from nightstand, the sink in the bathroom, where ever he can get them. Every time I sweep I pick up at least 10 of them!

As weird as this may sound a paper bag, an empty paper towel roll and a sonic mint. Just things that have ended up on the floor and no can not be thrown away. Hours of fun and they are really cheap toys too!

My cats love to chase string slowly though, they give up if I go too fast. One time I bought my cat a catnip bar , but my cat never played with it because she was not used to it.

My one cat likes small cloth mice that are soft that she can carry around in her mouth around the house. It doesn't matter if it's on a string or stick either as long as it's small and totally soft. She also likes thin rope or cord, or shoe laces.
My other cat likes plastic Easter Eggs with a couple pennies inside and straws (like you drink out of).

My cat's favorite toy is this circular piece of plastic with a track around the outside with a ball in it and a piece of cardboard for him to scratch on in the middle.

Both of my cats love catnip and just plain old strings.

My cats like play mice with catnip in it. They also both like plastic bags. They wait until you're almost asleep then attack them. They also like string/shoelaces. And especially hair ties.

Shoe laces. She will paw at it.....roll......and pounce on it. And its a great way for my daughter to play with the cat too. My cat doesnt seem to be phased with cat nip or any other toy I buy her at the store.

My cat likes the fake mouse toys or a yarn ball. She occasionally likes to attack someones arm... if she's really playful anyway.
