just stop drinking... when you go to the store to buy beer instead get a case of Pop, and like other people have said find something good to do, go to church.. the church i went to had a Alcoholics unanimus that they ran once a week ussualy fridays and anyone who has an addiction to beer marijuanna weed... I have personnaly never been to one of the meetings but from what it sounds it is quite fun... just call up a local church and ask if they have a alcoholics unanimus program and if they do go! cause you arent going to d your self any good from drinking your pains away...

good luck

If you're addicted to alcohol then there's not much you can do to heal your heart. The problem is it only heals when you deal with it, and if you are drinking consistently then you don't give your heart time to heal. If you're addicted then you aren't going to be able to suddenly stop, in fact, it could kill you.

If you can go without alcohol, then take some time when you are not drinking, and take a hard look at your life. Your question isn't really clear, I mean, does your boyfriend keep breaking up with you over and over again? What happened two years ago, is that when he broke up with you? How on earth can you still be bothered when it has been two years? Are you letting him use you?

I think you should get sober, at least for a few hours, then write down the exact nature of your relationship with him. How long have you known him...what was the relationship like before he broke up with you...why did he break up with you...what kind of contact do you have with him now...what has been going on in your life the last two years, new relationships? Is he in a new relationship, or has he had many?

After you map it all out, and you have a question about that, then post it, and you will get a lot of real answers to the broken heart part of your question.

I agree with the previous answer. Alcohol creates more problems. There's a line from some U2 song: I drowned my problems but my problems learned to swim....There is no cure. Find another passion and get busy and make new friends. Sooner or later you'll be too busy to remember that you're in pain. We're all living with some sort of pain, but if you're out there being good to yourself and others, you've got this great life while you're waiting to heal.

the best way to cure a broken heart is to find something GOOD to occupy yourself with. Find a new love, or make a friend who understands you realllly well. In my opinion a heart isn't really broken, it's just partly empty. Alcahol won't fill it up forever because it'll ALWAYS wear off. Only friendship or love will fill that empty space.
good luck!

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.

Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

go find yourself an AA group. You need help and can't do it on your own. You need to talk your feelings our, your hurts. In AA, there are others that are going thru or have gone thru what you are going thru. You will find a good support group there. Don't wait, go on the net and find one in your area today.
