Get two boxes of Barilla pasta shells, 3lbs Ricotta cheese, 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese, and about a cup of grated parmesan, two eggs, a pinch of garlic and a tablespoon of basil. Buy four jars of tomato sauce. Boil water, make the pasta shells aldente (still firm, not quite done yet). Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Coat the bottom of two casserole dishes with sauce (as much as you feel you need, just as long as it's all coated). Hold each pasta shell open with your fingers and "stuff" it with the mixture in the bowl until all shells are stuffed. Line them up in rows on your coated casserole dishes in a SINGLE layer. Coat them with remaining sauce. Put in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Let me know how they come out, everyone LOVES my stuffed shells!!
