eat more fruits n veggies. especially green n leafy vegetables, drinks lots of water avoid sodas as much as possible and have enough sleep at least 8hours a day

I would just add that exercise is important too, only try to avoid sports with high injury levels. Rest while recovering from an injury is absolutely essential, but quickly lowers your health. Probably the best overall exercise is walking.
Maintaining your mental health is essential as well. Avoid detrimental behaviour (overindulgence, drugs), keep up good connections with friends and family, and try to be helpful to others.
