Yes, if you are using skim milk and your drink is in place of a meal. Protein is the best food for weight reduction because it takes the longest to digest- you need it for muscle mass, and powder and milk will have the least amount of calories Minus all the fat you would get with regular meat and fish.

No, it builds muscle (if you work out). Since muscle weighs more than fat it will actually make you GAIN weight not LOSE it. But it will make you look more in shape, because if you're skinny with no muscles it will look like you are an anorexic. But if you have muscle and you're slim, you'll look gorgeous.

it xan help you a little bit if you put it in yur water before breakfast at breakfast before lunchaa t lunch and before diner and at dinner it sounds like a lot but i wil halp you loose weight also with some diet and excorsice
