I've been there. We didnt know eachother for long, but we GOT to know eachother pretty quick. We ended up going out, but that quickly ended. I think going out with your best friends doesnt have a good long-lasting relationship. But you should go for it anyways. Just make sure nothing comes between you two, and dont call him 24/7 and annoy him like I did. Be yourself, and say,"Hey, I have to admit, I kinda like you, you're cool with that, right?" Dont ask him out, just admit to liking him 1st.

i have the same problem. i told him before, pretty much just. i was talking to him for the longest time about "this guy", and after awhile. i told him i was talking about him to him. and he said. wow. and he said he wouldn't treat me any differently.
recently, he thought i didn't like him anymore, because it's what i told him. but i really did, and he doesnt have a myspace but because he got bored he started reading random pages, ie. mine. so he found out. and he said he was annoyed because i should have told him. but he said he wasn't really mad, but he just didn't like knowing things.
so you'll feel better when he knows, and he'll feel like you're not hiding anything from him. best of luck to ya, and happy new year!

I have been there before and you should tell him the truth but in a way that wont make him feel uncomftorable. You have to tell him soon though or when you do tell him you will burst out all your emotions and make him feel uncomftorable.

Be honest to him but dont scare him off, he's your friend so he's not gonna be mean to you if he doesnt like u bck, tell him that u like him more than just a friend but u dont want it to get akward between u 2 and that its totally cool if he just wants to stay friends. Well good luck!!

Don't rush anything. If he is your TRUE friend everything will fall into place. Be very careful nothing hurts more than ruining a good friendship

you can write him a note i guess but then again it would be bvetter to tell him in person. u tell him by saying " i like you"
