Ok I'm hearing these things that girls.. the majority being american girls find the English accent appealing. When I say English I'm basically talking about a generic one with no strong accent.
I have a friend who had gone over to America for a while and he told me he got alot of female attention. So, do you american girls like the accent? I did ask two girls and they said yes. I just wanted a broader perspective.

I think it's both, sexy and appealing when I hear English women talk but she has to have a nice voice. I love the generic accent but if there is an annoying tone to the voice, I hate it...especially in the "cockney" accent. That's equivalent to a southern American hillbilly accent. Have you ever heard that?

In general yes, but realize most of us don't know one English accent from another as far as where that person may be from (just that there are different accents)...and some are more appealing than others as far as sexy...but all of them are kinda fun, especially because they are so different (for us to hear)...

Yes, yes, yes, it's truly sexy. I guess english accent makes a person sound more sophisticated, classy and sexy. I gues whenever I hear someone speak in English accent, I tend to look at their lips and immediately think they're sexy...

Yes - I hate to admit I'm that shallow, but I find both british and Australian accents very appealing. I would rank accents, from best to worst:
best: English, Australian, Russian
medium: Italian
worst: American Southern
