Alls fair in love and war. You both like the boy, but he has chosen. I'd say its out of your hands. What would you do if you knew that he liked her instead? If she is your friend, then she will just accept the obvious and go along. It's not like there is a shortage of boys. Once you know for sure what is going on, then you need to inform your friend. You should tell her before she hears from someone else.

Talk to your friends and make sure it is okay if you ask him out or else they will get very mad you didnt tell them. If you think the guy likes you go for it and see what happens. The worst he could say is a no.

Well first of all if he chooses you over your friend then you need to hope that your friend is okay with that. If your friend isn't okay with it you just need to let it go because good friends are hard to come by and guys are everywhere.

well, 1st of all u have to decide if he's worth it. then talk to ur friend 'bout it. do u really like him or r u ju crushin. jus follow ur heart.
watever u do, jus make sure u can live w/ ur decision.
