Are you talking about the eyeball? There is nastiness on the eyeball?
Close the dog's eye and gently rub it. Like you would do for your eye. The gunk should either move to one side where you can get it, or just dissapear.

By the middle, do you mean the cornea of the eye? The black part of the eyeball? And what is it on it. My little guy got what looked like a covering on the eye, I would close his eye and lightly rub the outer eyelid which would move the covering off the eye. Be very very careful not to push on the eye too hard. Just like I said do it lightly.

Look in the pet department for eye cleaning solutions or use a soft cloth with luke warm water and soak the spot before you try to scrub. It should come off fairly easy... Should you decide to use soap please use baby shampoo.
PS .. you can talk to your little one while doing this so it is a pleasant experience. All Alphas groom the litter.
GOOD LUCK

Take the dog to a groomer, and ask for instruction on the safest way to clean "right between the eyes".

I would suggest a really soft gauze pad, wet, but not dripping, with water. I've cleaned eyes before and it's pretty gross. It helps when you love your pet. Somebody's got to do it.

I would have the vet do it. He's very likely to try to get away from you when you try to clean that area and you could hurt his eyes.
