ok, u might have seen some of her questions, her name is koi and i used to live in utah, and at the school we went to we were the only people who wernt white or mormans (i'm black shes native american),we have been best friends since we were in 1st grade. we were always teased and beat up,(i am a year older than her but same grade) and she's in a really disfuntional family where she plays the "mommy' role in her home,i moved to Detroit over the summer and we talk on the phone almost every day,and i reall really care about her and i think i love her more than a friend what do i do, i mean she's sweet and shes really pretty, its like if u see her u have to look at her again to see if she is really that good looking, shes got medium brown skin, small almond eyes hair to her knees, and is perfectly straight, her eyes are light brown and she has he nose pierced, i really really love her and i cant wait to see her over spring break i dont know if i should tell her

i see her alot also, i go to utah alot to see my family and i see her when i go(i'm there at least 3 days a month, i think she feels the same about me, i just dont wanna hurt our friendship!!!! what should i do??

Tell her absolutely, but... Only when you see her. face to face. It isn't even near to the real thing, when you tell her over phone. tell her the truth, but leave the opportunity to remain friends, just in case she doesn't feel the same way.
But honestly... I think she does. I've concluded that from your statement that she plays mommy role. Therefore, she is very reliable, responsible, with both feet on the ground, because she must be. Therefore she is smart enough to realize who is a normal, nice, good, dependable and lovable guy. You win the girl's heart if you are there when she needs you, if you understand her, if you are her true friend in the first place... I bet you are that kind of guy, so, there's nothing to worry about...

I saw your added details now, and I am certain that she loves you, not like a friend, but like a man. I don't approve long distance relationships only in my case, because I have too many doubts. But I've seen a lot of people who are happy. And look, probably she wouldn't be happy to be in a "normal relationship" because she has a lot of responsibilities . Therefore, she hasn't got much time on her hands, which is good for you. But the question is, will you be satisfied? If you would, GO FOR IT !!!

You should be open and honset with her! Tell her how you feel and maybe she might be feeling the same way. But if not, I'm sorry but you can still be friends. I have been their and mine turn just being friends and I can accept that and it has been about 20 yrs now. All is good!

Announcing it in a place where she is (and is asking questions - about u?) is probably a good way of letting her know!
Of course she loves you and you love her - your best friends, but look at the long term - will it work, realistically think about it and if the answer is no, just be happy that you have someone to love that loves you! If there is a chance, just go for it!

You sound like a GREAT couple, so I really hope that when she says she loves you she means she's in love with you. This is one of the hardest things to do, but I think that it sounds like you have been friends for SO long that it will NOT destroy your friendship if you tell her that you have romantic feelings for her, and that's exactly what you should do!

tell her. I am dating my best friend of 12 yrs now since last may :) he described me the same way sweet, pretty etc. same complexion almond eyes etc. hey we two have it going on lol! tell her. but hint around. it took me a few yrs to finally fall inlove with him. circumstances were different i was married but still we were friends that fell inlove.
