I wouldn't worry about how much you weigh but how much body fat you have. I would aim for less than average body fat for your age group...

Firstly, i hope you dont think you're going to lose this in 1 day.
Secondly it's a consistancy thing, you should plan out a walk for everyday, even after you lose it. If you just stop..you will regretably gain it all back. I say walk 2-3 miles a day. First mile get your heartrate up [that's what burns the fat] So do a speed walk, second mile tone it down A LITTLE, make sure to still keep ur heart rate up tho, and then use the last mile as a cool down mile and take it easy. You will be suprized what it will do for your body.
good luck.

Just devour under 900 energy and exercise four-6 days per week for 1-2 hours every and you'll be able to lose as a minimum three kilos a week = 12 pounds a month thats 24 pounds in 2 months. Effortless as pie.

I'm not sure but cut back on calories and walk at least one hour a day (at the pace of 4.5 miles an hour).

If you're on stair master and your pace is about 9 to 9.5 miles an hour, you can burn 1000 calories an hour. I tried it!

If you're moving at about 8 miles an hour, you'll burn about 800 calories.
