Symptoms of shock are trembling or shaking and staring straight ahead, kind of off in a daze. As far as severe bleeding goes, internal bleeding causes shock resulting in the same symptoms. Poisoning would be very bad stomach aches or almost nauseous feeling.

severe bleeding - lots of blood from wound
cardiac arrest - tight chest, shortness of breath
shock - shakes, white complexion
faints - collapse unconscious
loss of consciousness - won't wake when shaken
epileptic seizure - fitting, stiffness of spine, may swallow tongue
choking - gagging, not able to breath, convulsions
difficulty with breathing - tight chest
fall-potential/actual fractures - unsteady legs / walking, pain in affected area
burns and scalds - severe pain, redness and blistering
poisoning - choking, frothing at the mounth, redness of gums, dilated pupils, weak pulse
electrocution - burns on fingers, no pulse, dilated pupils, stiff, no movement
substances abuse - glazed, disorientated, super confident, abusive, violent

why are you wanting to know these if you are that interested in first aid and believe me the enthuastic amateur is only that then you should attend classes on fist aid by the st johns or loacal red cross and leave the signs and symptoms to those who know what they are doing as there are many people suffering the side efeects of care administered by well intentioned do gooders just learn to ring 999 and bloody quickly and make sure they are breathing

shock - surprised expression on face
faints - patient in heap on floor
loss of consciousness - patient asleep with bump on head
epileptic seizure - patient thrashing around
choking - patient turning blue and pointing at throat
