Go talk to him.
Is there something unique about him.
Say he has a scar on his arm, he has a nice watch on etc.
In passing mention the watch. It's simple as saying "That's a nice watch, I was looking to get my dad one."
It breaks the ice and allows for more conversation to take place.
If he has a scar. In passing mention "I'm sorry but I couldn't help but to notice the scar on your arm, is there a story behind it"
It breaks the ice once again.
Being a female it's easier to approach a guy than the other way around.

guys are visual creatures no matter what ne1 says it almos always comes down to what u look like and what u have on so get out some hot clothes and play eye candy for awhile jus to get his attention

well there really is no other way to get his attention... try passing a note to him. saying "you want to hang out some time"? but if your to shy to do that, try getting some of your friends to talk to him and get him to pay attention to you.
