there's this kid who i like, he's my bro's friend. but, he's always staring at me in the halls in school. he doesn't smile or anything, not even blink, he just stares at me. he also says my hair is greasy when it's not. does he like me?

gosh i hate guys like that. i knew this one guy who apparently liked me, (he asked me to a dance later,) but he was a total jerk!!!! he would always comment about how i suck at band and stuff like that. meanie. i think they just want attention by being rude, but he does like you.

maybe he's interested to make friend with u,u could try the following tactics:
1) u approach him n invite him 4 a drink in ur school,he accepts?
2) since he said ur hair was greasy,u could ask him go 4 the salon,he accepts?
if the above r yes,well that means he likes u,u can go ahead with him.good luck.

He does but is just too shy when you catch him staring at you sk him what hes staring at in a teasing kind of way.

i dont no but just because someone is starrring at you does not mean he likes you your brother could of told him to look after you but it is possible that he is afraid to like his friends sister so he is trying to play it by talkin bout your hair
