Because it is weak schnapps... Low alcohal content. Maybe 30 proof (going by memory, could be mistaken). It's a sipping drink more likely to put you to sleep than get you drunk. Very tastey though.

Baileys has a very low alcohol content. I don't get hung over after many shots (I'd say a number but 99% of the time I'm simply called a liar and ignored so I'll just say many). Some people just don't get hangovers easily, through natural resistance or from drinking in the past.

Did you miss the hangover? Bailey's is a low alcohol drink and isn't meant to drink till you're drunk. It is pretty sweet so be glad it didn't make you sick. Makes a great after dinner drink.

Like they said, Bailey's has a very low alcohol content. But also, milk-based drinks slow the absorbtion of alcohol in the body which doesn't hurt. Cheers !

that is about a cup of bailey. the alchol percentage could be low.

Bailey's doesn't have a high Alcohol content, no wonder, try drinking something with more alcohol.

You must be able to hold your liquor pretty well. I would probably be sick as a dog or snoozing away.
