On the Start menu, click Run. A Run window (command prompt) appears.
Type msconfig in the Open field and click OK. The System Configuration Utility opens.
Click the General tab. Select the "Selective Startup" option.

Uncheck the following:

Motive

Motive SmartBridge AutoUpdate

Click OK. Click Restart. After restarting a window appears confirming that "You have used the System Configuration Utility to make changes to the way Windows starts." CLick OK.

have you recently upgraded to I.E.7 if you have you need to update your bt.yahoo help to bt yahoo desktop help and this should stop this box appearing each time you turn the computer on
