Just get a new one it's not as expensive and it gets rid of the aggrevation ofhaving someone clean it or yourself.

The DVD player is unloading and ejecting the disc before it has stopped spinning. This is not a simple cleaning problem. There may be something stuck down inside the loading tray. Have someone knowlegeable open it up and check it out, else replace it. If you had a problem with a jammed dvd in the past, the loading mechanism may have ben damaged. Pays to buy a top brand dvd player.
