It's both. The top half of the glass is empty and the lower half is full so it's both!

It's half empty cause it's only the beginning of the year 2007 and it will be half full half way of the year.
If it's Jack Daniel oh yeah half full.It can't be empty no fun.
If it's chocolate oh yeah half full.
