- If it's a very severe condition like it's eating all ur face you'll have to see a doc, and it'll take more than a week to relief the acne.
- If it's a Medium, slight condition do the following steps:
1- take Vitamine A, concentrated dosage through intramascular injection as it works faster than bills.
2- Drink plenty plenty plenty of water. That'll improve the skin and clean the system entirely.
3- I don't know your diet, so, depend those days on Vegetables and fruits only.. Stay away from tea, coffe, smoke and smokers, fats.
4- wash your face with Cotton pads soaked in salicylic acid solution to exfoliate the skin.
5- don't "play" in the acne by your fingers and nails. Severe acne when badly treated often leaves small scars where the skin gets a "volcanic" shape. Acne scars are difficult and expensive to treat, and it is unusual for the scars to be successfully removed completely.
6- Wash your face reularly with warm water and a cleansing soap.
7- Externally applied antibiotics such as erythromycin, clindamycin, Stiemycin or tetracycline aim to kill the bacteria that are harbored in the blocked follicles. Whilst topical use of antibiotics is equally as effective as oral, this method avoids possible side effects of stomach upset or drug interactions (e.g. it will not affect the oral contraceptive pill), but may prove awkward to apply over larger areas than just the face alone.
8- Oral antibiotics used to treat acne include erythromycin or one of the tetracycline antibiotics (tetracycline, the better absorbed oxytetracycline, or one of the once daily doxycycline, minocycline or lymecycline). Trimethoprim is also sometimes used (off-label use in UK). However, reducing the P. acnes bacteria will not, in itself, do anything to reduce the oil secretion and abnormal cell behaviour that is the initial cause of the blocked follicles. Additionally the antibiotics are becoming less and less useful as resistant P. acnes are becoming more common. Acne will generally reappear quite soon after the end of treatment—days later in the case of topical applications, and weeks later in the case of oral antibiotics.
9- don't allow sweat for a long time, always wash.
10- Widely available OTC bactericidal products containing benzoyl peroxide may be used in mild to moderate acne. The gel or cream containing benzoyl peroxide is rubbed, twice daily, into the pores over the affected region. Bar soaps or washes may also be used and vary from 2 to 10% in strength. In addition to its therapeutic effect as a keratolytic (a chemical that dissolves the keratin plugging the pores) benzoyl peroxide also prevents new lesions by killing P.acnes. Unlike antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide has the advantage of being a strong oxidizer (essentially a mild bleach) and thus does not appear to generate bacterial resistance. However, it routinely causes dryness, local irritation and redness. A sensible regimen may include the daily use of low-concentration (2.5%) benzoyl peroxide preparations, combined with suitable non-comedogenic moisturisers to help avoid overdrying the skin.
11- This is a magic solution, try to drink and cover the acne with "Nigella sativa" seeds' oil. Nigella sativa has been used for centuries, both as a herb and pressed into oil, by people in Asia, Middle East, and Africa for medicinal purposes. It has been traditionally used for a variety of conditions and treatments related to respiratory health, stomach and intestinal health, kidney and liver function, circulatory and immune system support, and for general overall well-being.
In Islam, it is regarded as one of the greatest forms of healing medicine available. The prophet Muhammad once stated that the black seed can heal every disease-- except death. try it and you'll find wonders.. In the USA, nigella is often known as charnushka, if you don't know what's the herb look like; see this link: http://www.uni-graz.at/~katzer/engl/Nige_sat.html
You'll be - God willing - Cured in 24 Hours if you followed those steps. Good luck

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,

There is no way to rid acne in such a short period of time. Many effective treatments exist but they will take weeks or even months to work. Here are some small habits that are often overlooked that can contribute to breakouts:
-Don't touch your face. The oils from your fingers can cause pimples. Try not touching your face for just a few weeks and you will most likely see slight improvement.
-Wash your sheets regularly, especially pillowcases, and try not to sleep with any blankets touching your face either.
-When talking on the phone, hold it away from your face. Oil buildup on the phone can cause pimples/bumps along the jawline.
-Drink lots of water. If I remember correctly, this flushes toxins from your system that can contribute to skin problems.
-Eat your fruits and veggies! A healthy diet contributes to balanced skin.

8 glasses of water + lots of fruit + veg + 8 hours sleep per night = fantastic skin
Sometimes acne can persist despite a healthy diet, however, the average teenager's diet is a mess of greasy foods and zero nutrition. When I was young and had spots, I was blaming my hormones. I was blaming the make-up I wore (though it didn't help). The moment I started drinking more water, my skin cleared up in no time and looked flawless!
Stay away from the sweets and chips, and your skin will look good in no time :-)

put regular toothpaste on your blemishes. Not gel, paste. It dries them out.
