I'm very sexual and i do some wild things in bed. the thing is i think people know what i do cause they've acted different around me and leave the room when i walk in. I haven't slept with any of they're husbands or boyfriends its just i work with celebs and I think something slipped out through a clliant of mine. how should i handle this??

There is no way for you to "handle" it. You've made certain choices in life and you must live with them. What I could recommend is that you take the way you're feeling now and learn from it. Learn to make better decisions or if you want to continue living your life as you have been you need to learn to not take things personally.

Stop being promiscuous - see if you can correct the perception people have of you. People want to be in the company of those they admire, respect and who share similar values. Clearly, they must believe that you do not fit in and are shunning you.
