It is probably too early to know. Puppies do not develop very good vision until about 5-6 weeks. My puppies could not track a moving object until 6 weeks.

4 Weeks old is kinda soon to be worried, the eyes shouldn't be open yet, if they are they don't usually have much color like an adult dogs eyes do. Call a vet and ask, they shouldn't charge u for a simple question. I wouldn't worry just yet, it takes a little time. If u got it from a breeder ask them or another breeder in your home town. Does she run into things? Your vet should be able to tell just by shining light in her eyes. Take her to the vet tomorrow for sure.

definitely take her to the vet...puppies take a while to get their full version so when you take her to the vet next let them check..or if your really worried take her before then...hope i could help

If its head is all white that normally means it will be blind. But yet , it is still really young.
