You have 2 nasty habits there buddy. Cut it out. Start with the drinking and then the smoking. You will age like you wont believe and will be groggy and restless and may even have a breakdown if you dont take this advice.
This is a fair warning mate.

YES! You should NEVER smoke in the first place. Also, being your height, that weight is NOT compatible! That is WAY to much beer. One every once in a while isn't bad. Lose wight=healthy eating + NO SMOKING + NO BEER + MORE EXERCISE. Please consult with your doctor. You could be at risk for a LOT of things. Good Luck

well, you are overweight obviously and you drink too much alcohol, and the smoking is not helping you any. trouble? no. but if you want to get healthy you have to make a few changes then again it's a personal choice. If the question was "Am i asking for trouble" then my answer would be YES. high blood pressure, kidney problems, liver problems, pulmonary problems,oh yeah, and cancer.

Right now your not in any trouble. But you're making your liver and lungs work overtime and in a couple of years from now your body is going to get back at you. You have to make a decision on wether you'll do something about it now or worry about it later. Good luck.

No your fine, but if want to lose a bit of weight(u dont have to) try smoking a pack a day, cigarettes disolve ur fat so u lose weight, that fat will clog ur arteries and give you heart attack, but its ok u have a good chance of survival and its worth it for being able to smoke.

If you didn't know you were in trouble you wouldn't be looking for people to help-I assume.
On the other hand if you want to commit slow suicide you're doing great. This is an extremely silly question.
